NIMA'S NEW TALENT PROGRAM
At Nima’s Salon & Spa, we believe your career should begin with confidence, clarity, and community. That’s why our full-time, paid Associate Program is designed to support recent cosmetology graduates in building not just their skills — but their future.
As an Associate, you’ll work one-on-one with an experienced educator, learning how to deliver an exceptional guest experience while refining your technical abilities in a real-world setting. You’ll also receive hands-on training in the business side of beauty — from client communication and retention to service flow and goal setting — so you can build a sustainable, successful career from day one.

At Nima’s Salon & Spa, our Guest Service Experts are the heartbeat of the front of house — creating a seamless, warm, and polished experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls to book a service.
This role goes beyond check-ins and scheduling. You'll be fully trained to guide clients through their visit, recommend personalized add-on services and home care, and support our team of artists and providers with grace and efficiency.
