Please note: Advanced hair and skin repair or corrective work typically requires a series of 3 or more visits for optimal results.

To reserve your appointment at Nima’s Salon & Spa, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Out of respect for our providers and fellow guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

To keep your reservation, appointment confirmation is required. If your appointment is not confirmed or cancelled by 10:00 PM the evening prior, it will be automatically released and considered a no-show.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, regardless of the reason.

• No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

At Nima’s Salon & Spa, we are a teaching salon committed to excellence, growth, and education. While all color formulations, lightening services, precision cutting, and extension installations are exclusively performed by your primary provider, you may also be supported by a licensed and trained Associate during your appointment.

Tasks such as shampooing, toning, single-process color applications, extension removal, blow drying, and hair prep may be performed by our Associates under the guidance of your provider. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver efficient, high-quality service while nurturing the next generation of beauty professionals.

If any adjustments are needed, we’re happy to offer a complimentary refinement within 7 days of your original appointment, at the discretion of your provider. Please note that significant changes or requests beyond the original consultation may require additional services and charges.

For services such as lightening, color corrections, or hair repair, achieving your desired result may take multiple sessions to ensure the health, strength, and longevity of your hair.

We do not offer refunds on services, but we are always open to conversations that support your satisfaction and long-term hair goals.

At Nima’s Salon & Spa, our goal is to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for every guest. To help us maintain a serene environment in our med spa treatment areas, we kindly ask that you refrain from using mobile phones during services.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 6 and pets (with the exception of service animals) are not permitted in the salon or spa.

Children who are not receiving a scheduled service may not accompany you to your appointment.
