• Cancellations & Reservation Policy
• We understand that life happens. If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.

To honor the time of both our providers and guests, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service(s).

• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
